Postage and Shipping Methods

* Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with different destinations, particularly during peak periods. Item will be posted as soon as we receive full payment.

** Free regular airmail with no tracking number and we are not responsible for lost item/s (we can only provide the proof of sending the item/s with the customer's address postcode on the receipt). Registered Mail (please add AUD $2.50 on top of the item/s price) is strongly recommended.

Safe and secure payment online with Paypal: (Applies to Australian and International Buyers)

PayPal is a popular world wide company for processing credit card online payments. The company provides 100% protection against unauthorized payments sent from your account plus it ensures:

• Your credit card details are securely stored on PayPal’s servers, it means that Curvysea® does not store any of your financial information on its own server; when you pay for the item using PayPal, you provide only your PayPal email address and we will receive your payment from the company without seeing any of your credit card details.
• You do not need to have an account with PayPal when you purchase our products and pay on Curvysea®’s website (plus we will pay the transaction fees to Paypal).

Direct Bank Deposit: (Australian buyers only)

• You can make payment by direct bank deposit online or offline at your choice.
• Please mention your order Number as your reference when you deposit the money and please email us about the payment (including your order Number) so we can arrange shipment right after the transaction is cleared.

Please bear in mind that with these methods of payments, it usually takes longer to receive the item, because it would take 2-4 days for the money order/s to arrive or 5 working days to clear the bank cheque/s.

When you send the payment to us, please provide information such as your full name; address; order ID; email address so we can contact you if necessary. No cash payment please.

Our prices are shown in Australian dollars. For international customers, please use xe.com to convert AUD$ into your currency to estimate the price.

Refund/ Exchange Policy:

We try our best to make you happy, but in case you need to exchange or refund, please help us make the procedures go smoothly by following the policies below:

• No stains or marks on the item(s) are accepted
• Returned item(s) must be in the original condition, unsoiled; not worn or altered
• Any Item which is soiled, washed or is missing the tags will be sent back to the buyer and the buyer will be charged for the return shipping fee. All of claims for a refund/credit will be denied.
• The original garment tag(s) including the hygiene liner must be intact/ attached to the item. Once the tag(s)/ hygiene pad is removed, return/ refund will not be accepted
• Please contact us within 48 hours after you receive the suit/s and we must receive the item(s) within 15 days (Australian buyers) or 21 days (International buyers) from the day of posting. The same rule applies to exchange. No refunds are offered after the time.
• Postage, handling and any other costs such as PayPal fee, restocking fee… are non refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Please note that you need to pay the postage to send the returned item back to us
• For lingerie sets, due to hygiene reason, we do not accept return or exchange.
